1. Are you a Yorkshire wedding photographer?

Yes! I’m a professional wedding photographer based in Yorkshire and I regularly photograph weddings across Leeds, Halifax, and the surrounding areas including Huddersfield, Bradford, Wakefield and the Yorkshire Dales.

If your venue is anywhere in Yorkshire, chances are I’ve either shot there before or would love to explore somewhere new with you.

2. Do you travel for weddings outside Leeds and Halifax?

Absolutely. While I mainly work as a Leeds and Halifax wedding photographer, I’m happy to travel anywhere across Yorkshire and beyond for your big day. Travel within West Yorkshire is usually included, and I’m always up for an adventure further afield – just ask!

3. What style of wedding photography do you offer?

My style is relaxed, natural and documentary-inspired. I focus on real moments, genuine emotions and telling the story of your wedding day as it unfolds – with gentle guidance when needed for portraits.

4. How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?

Most couples book their Yorkshire wedding photographer between 9–18 months in advance, especially for popular summer dates in Leeds and Halifax.

If your wedding is coming up sooner, still get in touch – I sometimes have last-minute availability.

5. Have you photographed weddings at our venue before?

There’s a good chance I have, especially if your venue is in Leeds, Halifax or West Yorkshire. Even if I haven’t, I always arrive early to scout the best locations and lighting so nothing is left to chance.

I’ve photographed weddings at barns, stately homes, hotels and outdoor venues all across Yorkshire.

6. What is included in your wedding photography packages?

All packages include:

• Pre-wedding consultation

• Full-day or half-day coverage

• Professionally edited high-resolution images

• Online private gallery

• Print rights for personal use

7. How many photos will we receive?

This depends on your coverage, but typically couples receive between 400–800 fully edited images from a full wedding day. Every photo is carefully edited for colour, light and consistency.

8. When will we receive our wedding photos?

You’ll receive your full gallery within 4–6 weeks of your wedding day. I also send a small sneak peek within a few days so you can relive the magic while you’re still on cloud nine.

9. Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding shoots?

Yes! Engagement shoots are a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding. They’re available across Yorkshire, Leeds, Halifax or at a meaningful location of your choice – countryside, city or coast.

10. How do we book you as our wedding photographer?

Simply send me a message through my contact page with your wedding date and venue. I’ll check availability and we can arrange a chat to make sure I’m the right fit for your day.

A booking fee and signed contract secures your date in my diary.

11. What happens if it rains on our wedding day?

No stress – Yorkshire weather keeps us on our toes! I always have a plan B for rain and know how to find beautiful indoor and sheltered outdoor spots. Some of the most romantic wedding photos happen in moody weather.
