Oh Hey!
I’m so happy that you have found me and are interested in having a session with me. I will do my very best to capture your family and freeze this time for you, in my own unique style. But first - here’s a little about me, so you can put a face to a name.
So, I’m Louise. I’m energetic, passionate and a lover of the great outdoors. Anything rustic and boho and i’m there.. I love nothing more than a woodland walk in wellies, pottering in my garden or doing a little craft in my garden photography studio. My siblings and I camped alot as children and spent many a weekend surrounded by cows and sheep and something about it just brings me calm. Rain on the roof of the caravan used to send me to sleep and still does.
I live for photography, I set up my business after a huge life event amd I’ve never looked back. Outdoor photography makes me buzz and my studio photography is my passion. I aim to bring the outdoors inside, and give your photos that vintage feel. That’s me in a nutshell. I’d love to get to know you too x
The Session
Cake Smash & Splash sessions are a great way to document this milestone and let their personality shine through and most importantly, have fun... It's like a mini-intimate birthday party!
The session is split into 3 parts:
● Simple “clean” portraits of your little one, before bringing in the cake
● Smash time! When we bring in the cake (or fruit, if you are looking for a more natural alternative) and let your baby dive in!
● … and bubbles (soapy one, that is) to relax and splash away while capturing a few more special photographs.
The session takes place in my cosy studio in Birstall and usually last around 1-2 hours. This allows plenty of time for you and the little one to settle in and have some fun, and for me to capture a range of beautiful images for you.

When you are ready to confirm your appointment with me we will make time to discuss styling and colours of your session in detail, but please do let me know if you have a specific theme in mind?
I do not charge for the session itself, I only require a £45 deposit to secure the date and time of your session. This deposit does not include digital images, prints or products but is credited against your order in full.
Approximately 2 weeks after your session you will be invited back to view your beautifully edited and enhanced gallery of 20+ images at my studio and choose which products and packages you love the most.
The Themes
